Seismic strengthening of a reinforced concrete slab in an elevator shaft

Description
As part of a seismic reinforcement, a total of 4 re-plates with a length of 4 m were installed in an elevator shaft. The straps were installed crosswise over a complete storey height, mechanically anchored and then activated (posttensioned). Apart from the easy installation, the quick execution in less than 3 hours, after which the re-plate tapes already show their full effect, is to be emphasised.
